Joshua Dickens is a seasoned logistics and operations leader with over a decade of experience supporting U.S. Government missions across CONUS and OCONUS regions. He has held key roles on major federal contracts including LOGCAP and AFCAP, and brings deep expertise in government property accountability, site operations, and material management.
Joshua was previously granted a Top-Secret clearance (U.S. DEPT OF STATE, July 2021). He understands the importance of decisive leadership and creating a team environment. Raised in military culture by a retired SF Green Beret, he founded TENN-FOUR to continue serving those who serve—through precision, purpose, and partnership.
